Replaced a legacy operating stack with a custom Zoho system, preserved the live integration paths, migrated the working data, and stayed through cutover.

I’m Chase Cottle. I work with founders, operators, and technical teams on problems that cross data, software, AI, and day-to-day operations.
I’m usually the person tracing the ugly source data, designing the system, writing the code, and staying through launch. The work is collaborative, direct, and built around what the business actually needs to run.
